Questions
Asked, andanswered.
The short version of every conversation our concierge has had this month. For everything else, the concierge is one tap away.
01How do I order?
Through WhatsApp — deliberately. Tap any Order button, say what you'd like, and a person confirms availability, price and delivery in the conversation. Payment is on delivery or by secure payment link, whichever you prefer.
02Do you deliver in Abu Dhabi and Dubai?
Yes. Same-day hand delivery across Abu Dhabi, next-day for Dubai. Fresh sweets travel with cold packs in summer. Collection from the flagship is always free — and comes with a taste.
03How do I know your saffron is real?
You don't have to take our word for it — that's the point of the house. Every jar names its grade, region and harvest year. ISO 3632 lab reports are published per lot on the traceability page. And every box includes the water-test card: spare threads and instructions, so you can run the trade's own fraud test on your kitchen counter.
04What grade is your saffron — and what does that mean?
Super Negin: whole crimson stigmas, cut clean above the pale style, nothing else in the jar. It's the grade with the highest colouring strength per gram. If those words are new, ten minutes in the Grading School will make you the most dangerous saffron buyer in the room.
05Where does it come from?
From the world's premier saffron regions — deliberately not from one place. A house married to a single valley must sell you that valley's year, good or bad; we are loyal to the standard instead. Each harvest we taste widely and bottle only what clears Category I — and each lot's true origin travels with the jar, on its certificate, where it can be checked rather than admired.
06How should I store it?
Leave it in the violet glass — that jar is light armour, not decoration. Lid tight, cool cupboard, away from the stove. Never the fridge (condensation), never a sunny shelf (light destroys crocin). Kept properly, the threads outlast your patience.
07Corporate gifting and Ramadan orders?
Yes — and it's some of our favourite work. Composed boxes, discreet branding (your logo subtle, never a billboard), delivered on your schedule. The Ramadan and National Day windows book out; the clients who look effortless in December messaged us in October.
08Why WhatsApp instead of a checkout?
Because this is a boutique, not a warehouse. Seasonal sweets change weekly, gifts need a human eye, and saffron buyers arrive with questions a cart can't answer. A conversation does what a checkout can't — and the payment link at the end of it is just as secure.
