The threads we grade are steeped until the water takes everything that matters — colour, aroma, character — and the result goes into a 15 ml dropper made exclusively for this house. Threads make you work: grind, soak, wait. The extract is that work, already done. A dropper-full turns a pot of rice gold; the aroma arrives before the plate does.

How to use it
Anywhere you would use steeped saffron, without the steeping: rice, tea, milk, desserts, dough. Start with a dropper-full for a family dish and adjust — because the saffron is already dissolved, the colour spreads evenly and the aroma is immediate. Storage
Keep it in its box, cool and dark, tightly closed. Light is the enemy of crocin — the compound that gives saffron its gold — which is why the bottle never ships in clear glass.
